Title: Cornbread (Healthy)

Yield: 1 Pan

2 Eggs, separated
1 1/2cWater or other liquid
1/4cUnrefined oil
1cCornmeal
1cPastry or whole wheat flour
2tsLow sodium baking powder
  Dash of sea salt

Beat eggy yolks. Add liquid, oil and then dry ingredients, which had been mixed together. Beat egg whtie, and fold in. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes in preheated and oiled cast iron pan.
